Biography

Dennis Kenny holds a Juris Doctorate from the State University of Law at Buffalo; he attended Western Connecticut University from which he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor in Arts degree. He is licensed to practice law in the states of PA and New York. Mr. Kenny has dedicated his life to helping the disabled worker. Throughout his undergraduate studies at Western CT. University, he managed a community residence for the mentally disabled. Upon admission to the Bar, he created and managed the disability department of Keystone Legal Services. At Keystone, Mr. Kenny provided legal services to the Appalachian rural poor. After Keystone, Mr. Kenny continued his work with the disabled through the United Auto Workers Legal Services. There he provided legal services to auto workers who became disabled and were in need of benefits. Mr. Kenny founded the Kenny Law Offices in 1994. Since then he has successfully handled thousands of disability cases. He has represented personal injury claimants resulting in awards exceeding 1.5 million dollars. There are presently five Kenny Law offices covering the needs of injured workers from Newburgh and Poughkeepsie to Albany, New York. The Kenny Law offices handle only personal injury, workers' compensation and social security disability claims. Mr. Kenny represents injured or disabled claimants only and has not nor will not represent insurance carriers.
