At the Law Offices of Dennis Kenny, P.C., we know first-hand the hardships facing the injured and disabled. Years ago, after our founding attorney Dennis Kenny's aunt was run over on a sidewalk, she applied for Social Security disability benefits.

Despite the severity of her injuries and her work as a nun and Catholic school teacher, approval of her claim was denied for over two years — by which time she had passed away. She was never allowed to enjoy the monetary relief that she needed and deserved. Mr. Kenny has never forgotten that the financial hardships she endured between the time of her accident and her death were unfair and unnecessary.
