Biography
Scott T. Black graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a degree in political science in 1986. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1991 from Loyola Marymount University, where he was a member of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He spent over a decade participating in asbestos-related personal-injury litigation in the San Francisco Bay Area. Since 2005, he has been representing injured workers in their Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability cases in the Hudson Valley.
