DENNIS KENNY: When bringing a workers' compensation case it's critical that every body part, every condition that is closely related to the accident is brought up and documented as early as possible in the system. In addition, any injury that is consequential to the original injury is also covered.
SCOTT T. BLACK: We try to teach our clients as much as we can about how the workers' compensation system works.
DENNIS KENNY: Many times people come in and they're lost. When I educate the claimant as to how the system works and how they can use the system to protect themselves, I see a big burden being lifted off their shoulders.
I explain to our claimants exactly what they need in order to protect their wage compensation.
In addition, they want to get back to work as quick as possible. So I tell them how to get the necessary diagnostic tests as quick as possible within this system.
When you enter our office, we're not just looking at the claim that you brought. Obtaining every benefit possible for the injured worker is our job. We do it well.
